                                                                                                     What is Platinum Access?


The first phase offered is to the "Friends and Family Sales Event".  This means you usually have a great relationship with the Developer and the Developer sells a select number of units to family, friends and co-workers.

The second phase is called the offering to "Platinum Brokers".  These are agents that work with agents/buyers in a large group and these are the select few who have the best relationship with the Builder and their team. 

Platinum Brokers and their clients get white glove treatment with respect to incentives, lowest prices guaranteed and floor and suite.  These select agents also have exclusivity and have sneak peaks for future projects far in advance of other agents and the public. They can prepare and offer these future projects to their VIP clients!

The most incentives at this stage are:

  • Platinum Access & Pricing
  • Incentives & Promotions
  • FREE Assignment Ability
  • Extended Deposits
  • Caps on Development Charges & Levies

 

After the Platinum Exclusive Release is the "VIP Agents Sales Event" which is usually anywhere from 100 to 200 agents that sell pre-construction. Generally the prices have gone up by more than $10,000, some of the offerings and incentives may no longer apply by the Builder/Developer and most of the ‘best suites’  in terms of price, floorplan, views etc. have already been scooped up by the Platinum Agents.

 

The last real estate related stage is the All Agents phase.  These agents work the resale market and will sell minimal amounts of pre-construction condos.  At this phase, the prices have increased and the selection of suites is very limited.

The Public Opening via Registration stage is now open to the public.  At this point, the project is usually 50%sold out by all of the realtors and the prices have gone much higher.
